Celebrus Technologies, the online customer insight provider, has won the Teradata EPIC Award for ‘Independent Software Vendor (ISV) – Best Business Solution Partner’ at the 2011 Teradata Epic Awards in San Diego. Now in its fourth year, the awards acknowledged Teradata’s global customers and partners in their activities in leveraging data to drive peak performance throughout their organisations, creating business results.
The ISV Best Business Solution Award recognises a partner who has developed and implemented a repeatable solution that uses Teradata technology to deliver unique and measurable business value to customers.
Celebrus Technologies won the award for its work with Shop Direct, the UK’s #1 non-store retailer and owner of brands including Woolworths, Littlewoods, Choice and Empire. The solution delivered a step change in their customer communication via the intelligent distribution and use of behavioural and experiential data, which is delivered through the Teradata IWI initiative, in cooperation with Celebrus Technologies.
