Celebrus Technologies Launches Global Partner Program.

Celebrus Technologies, the online customer intelligence provider, has announced the launch of its global partner programme, Apex. Celebrus is seeking out new potential partners who are interested in taking Celebrus’ unique, tag-free™ online customer intelligence technology and adding it to their own digital product or solution portfolio.

Such partners may include technology vendors such as database, business intelligence or marketing automation software providers, resellers or customer intelligence, database management and marketing analytics consultancies in similar industry areas. Celebrus’ existing partners include SAS, Teradata and Microstrategy as well as reseller partners in the UK, Europe, US and Australia.

While the formally structured Apex partner programme is launched today, Celebrus has secured a track record in successful partnerships already, announcing several new partner relationships with technology vendors and resellers in Australia, Europe and North America in the last twelve months.

Celebrus’ multi award-winning online customer intelligence technology enables customers to collect data on individual visitors’ interactions with their websites, mobile applications, Facebook and YouTube pages and create individual user profiles, including details such as behaviour, preferences, devices used and frequency of visit. Customers use this data in applications such as real-time personalisation, multi-channel marketing communications, marketing attribution modelling, enhanced customer intelligence and targeting and fraud detection.

Available partnerships within Celebrus’ Apex Partner Programme are categorised as:

• Celebrus Country Partner –
primary sales channel for Celebrus in a given country or region.

• Celebrus Technology Partner –
the owner of technology that is complementary to Celebrus and who clearly brings expertise within their market sector.

• Celebrus Reseller Partner –
actively resells Celebrus software and has all of the skills required to deploy and support Celebrus, including integration with other systems.

• Celebrus Consulting Partner –
there to help the end user gain most value from the Celebrus deployment and who brings significant expertise in the analysis of data and definition.

• Celebrus Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) –
a company that uses Celebrus as a component in their own product, such that the end user will not necessarily even know that Celebrus technology is involved.

The Apex programme is intended to provide Celebrus’ partners with a fully supported and structured engagement model, such that full understanding of Celebrus’ technology is assured, along with a detailed appreciation of how the software could be integrated with third party products – thereby enabling partners to set themselves apart from the competition.

There is also dedicated marketing support available in the form of the ‘Pinnacle Portal’ and the ‘Campaign in a Box’. The Pinnacle Portal brings partners information and re-brandable resources such as case studies, product release notes, technical updates, white papers, glossary wikis and presentations, plus it can also be used as a centrally accessible information repository.

The ‘Campaign in a Box’ is a series of pre-packaged marketing collaterals, pre-prepared in suitablesets to enable marketing campaigns to be deployed by partners quickly and with minimal additional necessary resource. These include materials such as webinars, white papers, key messages for promotional activities, slides, email signature banners and call-to-action imagery. By providing such packages, Celebrus believes that partners will be able to easily deploy new marketing programmes through pre-existing processes.
