Celebrus Technologies Expands Global Reach by Agreeing Strategic Partnership with Servian.

Celebrus Technologies, the online customer intelligence provider, has agreed a strategic partnership with Australian IT and software development consultancy, Servian, to branch out into the Australasian market for the first time.

As part of the agreement, Servian will be reselling Celebrus’ online customer data capture solutions into the Australian telecommunications, finance and insurance sectors. The partnership aims to capitalise on the increasing emphasis that the Australian market is currently placing on achieving a detailed appreciation of the online channel to enable targeted marketing activities through either the online channel or as part of an integrated multi-channel approach.

Servian is an Australian IT and software development consultancy with particular experience in business intelligence and business process automation, specialising in the telecommunications, finance, insurance and e-commerce markets. Australian financial services and telco firms have in recent years invested considerable resource in finding ways to capture data on how their individual end-users are interacting with their websites. At present, such data capture is very labour-intensive – typically involving extensive ‘tagging’ – and even when the data is captured, it is fed through to the organisations’ surrounding systems in such a disjointed manner that real-time responses to the data are almost impossible and in-depth profiles of individuals’ current and historic activity are extremely difficult to build.

By agreeing a strategic partnership with Celebrus however, Servian’s customers will be able to gather structured, detailed and real-time data on their online visitors and feed the information into a variety of automated customer intelligence initiatives, including campaign attribution, personalised online marketing, multi-channel marketing initiatives and even online fraud detection. The highly granular, individual-level nature of the data will also enable deeper and more reliable customer intelligence than is possible with other digital data sources.
