A key part of the deployment of any technology in a commercial environment is the support that is available.  Most Celebrus users will obtain support from the partner that supplied or hosts their installation.  The partner has a group of trained experts in Celebrus technology and can provide services such as systems integration, hosting, application support and business analysis.

To ensure the partner can give the best possible support to their Celebrus customers, Celebrus supplies the following support services to its partners:-

  • Online call tracking
  • Professional consultancy services

Telephone support is available on a 9-5 basis in the UK, while our online call tracking system is available and supported 24 hours a day for customers with an appropriate support contract.
