Customer Insight Platform Real-time Components
Celebrus's Customer Insight engine includes a suite of real-time components that allow instant analysis and actioning of data collected from instrumented applications and web sites.
Sub-second exploitation of behavior
These exploit the real-time capabilities of Celebrus Dynamic Capture sub-systems, which will typically deliver events generated by a user’s interaction with a page to the analysis systems within a second.
Using advanced state-event machines and highly optimized architecture and coding the real-time components will analyze and action inbound events within approx. 10 milliseconds, and are able to handle tens of thousands of inbound events per second, and many thousands of simultaneous users with a single server.
A complete solution to real-time personalization and interaction management
Working in harmony the three components (RTE, RTT & RTP) provide all the functionality necessary to implement real-time, online applications, including trigger-based applications, real-time data-feeds, external application integration (e.g. scoring, recommendation and interaction management servers) and dynamic in-page or cross-channel personalization applications.
Integrated real-time access to historical and cross channel data too
The integration of the real-time components with the ABI customer datamart system also means that historic customer and back-office data is made available in real-time to support such applications. By utilizing an intelligent data pre-fetch mechanism, the real-time subsystems side-steps the typical latencies in accessing back office CRM systems and customer databases systems that cause failure of many real-time personalization projects.
Three real-time components
Each of the three components in the real-time sub system build on the functionality provided by the others, so they can be licensed and deployed as needed – firstly RTE provides the real-time analytical processing, RTT builds on this providing triggering and finally RTP adds real-time tag-free content push.
Find out more about these components:
RTE – Real-time foundation system
RTT – Real-time rules and trigger component
RTP – Real-time, tag-free content injection (AKA content push)
