The Detailed Data Store (DDS) is a data model containing detailed session and transaction records compiled from collected data. Celebrus captures interaction data from all browsers, mobile phones and social network applications and delivers that data into a fixed, structured, relational database (DDS) to provide an unparalleled opportunity to understand the user's behaviour across all the online channels. The DDS module not only provides a pre-built datamodel, but also all the appropriate analytical models and configuration interfaces to implement a DDS solution “out-of-the-box” without traditional model-development activities. Many customers are using their DDS to augment existing data warehouse applications with online channel information to provide the 360-degree view of the customer.
As Celebrus' analysis is designed to provide the linkage from visitor session to visitor – assigning every action and visit to the individual, customer or prospect – it is typically very simple to integrate a DDS system into your information architecture or existing data warehouse. You define the mechanism you want to use for customer identification (e-mail, log-in, cookie, in-page data, or any combination of the above) and the DDS provides a linkage to that Customer ID from every single table.
