The Proposition

Celebrus Technologies is a manufacturer of software products and services that exploit our unique Dynamic Collection™ technology for which we own a number of key patents. Our technology uses “Web 2.0” (AJAX) technology to capture and analyze interaction at the user interface – whatever the device e.g. mobile, iPhone, PDA, gaming console, or technology deployed e.g. HTML, Adobe AIR, Silverlight, Flash, Flex, AJAX etc.
We transform this captured data into business events and customer data. We then deliver this data on every visitor/user of an enterprise’s online applications as a real-time data stream, or a structured data store, or via a reporting interface, or “canned” applications for the marketer. Each application delivering complete real-time data on every visitor and user of any of their online applications – complete online customer intelligence.

 

Strategic Direction

Celebrus Technologies is located in a fast developing “hot spot” in the market for online customer data collection, management and personalization. The online business model has in many ways severed customers’ traditional links to their suppliers, leading to reduced brand loyalty, and an often-impoverished customer experience. Celebrus is able to provide the data necessary to re-establish a supplier’s single view of their clients & customers and provides componentry to allow our customers to exploit this view, via a number of interfaces and capabilities. This facilitates increased value for the customer through personalization and relevant, targeted marketing and renders Celebrus a key facet of their operational business (not just a back-office BI tool).

Sales

 

Sales Account Manager

Specific responsibilities include:
• Work with sales management to develop and execute account plans for target market sectors
• Identify and undertake specific initiatives to win new business at each account
• Identify, contact and qualify new prospects within the territory or assigned sectors
• Cold calling and following up marketing leads
• Develop and execute responses to queries from prospects and clients which may take the form of informal requests or more formal RFI/RFP documents
• Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales that are in the best interests of the Company 
 • Provide support to the Telesales and Marketing departments in their efforts to generate sales leads and prospects.
• Research the market and related products and assist in the development and implementation of marketing plans for your sectors, as required
• Provide timely, accurate feedback to Sales Manager regarding business forecasts
• Maintain accurate records of all activity, proposals, opportunities, sales and invoicing on the Celebrus CRM system (Salesforce)
• Listen to customer requirements and presenting appropriately to make a sale - presenting the product or service in a structured professional way face to face
• Ensuring your level of English, grammar and content is up to the high level of standards expected by Celebrus Technologies
• Ensure smooth delivery of all orders and services for the client and the accurate invoicing and collection of monies owed to the company
• Demonstrate ability to interact and cooperate with all company employees
• Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person, and via telephone calls and emails to ensure high levels of client satisfaction
• Arranging meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business
• Representing the organization at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations
• Challenging any objections with a view to getting the customer to buy
• Advising on forthcoming product developments and discussing special promotions
• Reviewing your own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets
• Making accurate, rapid cost calculations, and providing customers with quotations
• Setting up meetings efficiently to make best use of travel time
• Prioritizing appropriately to maximize revenue
• Attending team meeting and sharing best practice with colleagues.

 

Qualifications/Experience

The successful candidates for this role will:

• Have previous relevant sales experience having sold software solutions for a minimum of 4 years – CRM or database software sales would be an advantage
• Have a proven ability to meet sales targets and the desire to work in a target driven environment
• Have experience of selling to C-Level functions
• Highly self-motivated: ability to generate ideas and demonstrate initiative, tenacity and perseverance.
• Team player with ability to work successfully within immediate team and the broader technical pre-sales and client support environment.

Pre-Sales Consultants

The Role

Pre-sales in Celebrus is more than being a "speak a spec service" or "demo-dolly", we are looking for smart business-savvy people with a technology background who can help our customers and prospects understand how Celebrus's technology can make a difference to their business.

You will be working both with the sales teams to drive our success and with the development and marketing teams to develop new product concepts, and propositions. Computer Services Capacity Consultant

The Role

The role provides an opportunity to gain experience in many of the more technical aspects of computer services, within a leading-edge software development company where we encourage you to express your own ideas within a challenging environment.
You will work along side our support, development and professional services departments to provide information to assist with planning of the size and complexity of system requirements, and to work on optimization to get the best possible performance out of servers. The Role
Support consultant work with our customers and partners as members of our support team. This role provides an opportunity to gain experience of many aspects of the support and consulting roles within a leading-edge, software development company, where we encourage you to express your own ideas within a challenging environment.

You will provide information to enhance our customer’s use of our products and investigate issues they may have.  The role may include providing training to customers, requirements gathering from both new and existing customers, interpretation of terabyte-scale data warehouses and regular visits to customers.
