Delivering the Insight

At the end of the Transformation phase, the system contains data models which contain all the customer, behavioral, environmental, performance, content and transactional data, distilled and extracted from the data Captured from the user's interactions with the site or application.

The deliver phase of our solutions focuses on presenting the data contained in these models in the formats needed to support your business processes and business users. This presentation/delivery may be via user reporting tools or via programmatic APIs or SQL database schema.

One of the strengths of this approach is that many different stakeholders and applications across the enterprise can utilize the detailed, accurate and complete data which has been generated.

The delivery layer of the Celebrus Technologies CIP platform includes a complete suite of delivery solutions to realize the value from the data we provide:

 

  • Real-time (Click-Timeā„¢) Session and Customer State Web Services Interface
    The Real-Time-Engine (RTE) provides instant access to real-time session state information, allowing web applications to simply retrieve data on the current session, and historic information on the customer using the site or application. This provides fully contextualized business event state, including campaign, search, transaction goal and other key session parameters. All this is delivered in real to drive real-time via a SOAP/Web Service interface and is designed to support the development of personalization and marketing applications with sub-second response times, scalable solutions for the largest sites.

  • Detailed Data Stores & Datamarts
    We provide a number of SQL databases using a pre-defined data models that provide a fully integrated set of tables linked to session and customer ID recording complete customer experience and behavior. This DDS data model is ideally suited to drive advanced BI applications including modeling and analytical applications. Similarly, this data can be used to drive targeted marketing and personalized marketing campaigns. We also provide a fully functional customer datamart (ABI) which provides long-term customer history including profile and behavioral data (known as "Customer State"). Other data models are provided for specific environments and solutions from SAS and Teradata.

  • Business Alerts
    An automated real-time Business Process Monitoring (BPM/BAM) application that dispatch immediate e-mail or SMS alerts when important changes occur to key business parameters, behavioral patterns or site/application statistics.

  • XML Data Interfaces
    An open XML interface which provides simple name/date-based information retrieval, providing complete access to any database tables created by the system.

  • Customer History and Audience Profile
    A fully automatic CRM support system which compiles customer records from the collected data, stores key historic behaviors, computes RFM scores and delivers this via an open SQL database and by augmenting the real-time session records built by RTE with long-term customer data.
